So, this edition is kind of like crowdfunding - except that you're definitely getting something usable right now.

In reply to Ben. I should be able to finish the book without resorting to crowdfunding. Its a big illustration job, of course, but most of the images that need to be depicted are fairly obvious. Types of roofs, depictions of different gardens, assorted depravities, etc.

In reply to William Rutter. Thanks! This is one book for which I won't be able to make separate layouts for print and PDF. Some of the tables contain so many possible results (and explanatory notes) that laying out the book with large fonts (optimized for screen viewing) would cause too many tables to be broken up across multiple pages.
